Yeah, I think the title says it all. I know that most of you reading this either are having to, have had to, or are going to have to deal with this happening to you at some point in time. It pisses you off beyond all belief, doesn't it? Well it's going to happen to me. I've been tipped-off.
I'm not sure what account is going to be hacked. From what I can gather it's possible that it's just going to be my college user profile, in which case there is no way on this earth the person will get my password, as it would require some skills of perception that this particular person doesn't happen to have.
I do have a plan that I am putting into effect as of now. Most, if not all of you all know me pretty well by now. You know what I am likely to say & do, how I am likely to react to certain things...stuff like that. If you see, hear or hear of ANYTHING from me that just doesn't seem right, seems to be put there to deliberately piss people off, or you just out-right know it isn't me, then get in contact with me in every way that you can. Everyone can see my contact details at the top of my sheezyart page ( http://advancedflea.sheezyart.com ) so you can use those methods, people who live in England all have my mobile phone number, so you can call me or send me a text, and people who I know in and/or from real life can do all of the above and speak to me face-to-face about it.
Now, this is next bit is specifically aimed at the person who is thinking of doing it to me. What you are considering is ILLEGAL and don't think I don't know who you are, I know EXACTLY who you are, I'll also know when you have attempted to do it, how many attempts you have made at hacking any of my accounts (especially my college user profile) and as you know, when ever you do something o a computer, you leave a little trial of digital "bread crumbs" which can always be traced. And don't think you are safe trying to do it anywhere in college either, because you aren't. I will have no hesitation in tracing when and where you logged on to my accounts, then handing that information to the police.
The next bit is aimed at anyone really. I know some of you are thinking "well, what are the legal implications?" it really depends on what has happened. Everything that goes on as far as hacking/monitoring a user without their permission goes, it all falls under the computer misuse act. An easy to understand version is available from UK Online here >> http://safety.ngfl.gov.uk/ukonline/document.php3?D=d10 << there is also supposed to be a full copy available on the home office website, and is located here >> http://www.hmso.gov.uk/acts/acts1990/Ukpga_19900018_en_1.htm << and a slightly more comprehensive version is available here >> http://www.unix.geek.org.uk/~arny/cmuse.html
If you read those, it states quite clearly that simply obtaining someone else's password and just logging on as them is a crime with a prison sentence of 6 months and/or a fine, and I also happen to know that the police can also confiscate all of your computer equipment if they see necessary.
I did have a point to this journal entry, other than to tell someone I am onto them and what will happen if they try anything, but I can't remember what it is.
On a side note to the girl who is going to try and do this: I really wouldn't. I already know who you are and you WILL get caught.
If anyone needs any help understanding this computer misuse act and to see is they can use it to grab someone who has hacked their accounts by the balls, then don't hesitate to ask me
Later
